The habitation service is especially important as our checks on gas and electrical equipment will keep you safe. Damp tests also maintain your manufacturer's comprehensive water ingress warranty. Don’t be fooled, only Hymer UK in Preston and Brownhills are authorised to carry out Hymer damp tests that maintain the 6 years' water ingress warranty. Tests carried out anywhere else invalidate the warranty - even at Hymer Caravan dealers!
Tests normally cost £175 but both Club Brownhills & Hymer Club members qualify for a Credit Crunching price of just £90 inclusive of VAT & registration with Hymer Germany. Membership has its benefits.

- Brownhills have been fitting their own motorhome alarm system for a
number of years and as time has moved on so have our alarm systems. We feel that
we offer the ultimate in motorhome security and so do our recommended insurers,
who are offering discounts of up to 30 per cent. It pays to service your alarm to ensure that if the worst is about to happen the alarm works. Alarm servicing from £30.00.
- Habitat Inspection -
It is recommended that the habitation area of your motorhome is inspected
annually to ensure that it is maintained in tip-top condition. Brownhills offer
a comprehensive annual service, which includes pressurising the gas system to
ensure it is leak-free and carrying out a damp test to check for any water
ingress
