The Newark Head Office site includes our Group Leisure World with overnight pitches, landscaped areas, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and lounge. Our overnight facility consists of 21 electric hook-ups. This facility is
available to all our current Club Brownhills card holders who still own a motorhome bought from Brownhills.
As there is a high demand for the use of these facilities we limit the
number of consecutive nights booked to two nights. Because
of the exclusive nature of the facilities and to avoid disappointment it is
essential that proper reservations are made. Please follow the booking
procedures. You can book up
to four months in advance subject to availability.
If you wish to book an overnight stay then please select the menu button above. You will need an email address for confirmation including terms and conditions for your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: To avoid any embarrassment please ensure that you pre-book as
only overnight stays that have been pre-booked will gain access. Our
security guards cannot make exceptions.
If you do not have an email address, you can book by post however all off-line bookings need to be
made and confirmed at least two weeks in advance to allow for processing and postal delay. To make a reservation
off line, please phone reception between 9.00am and 5.00pm on 01636 704201 and we will send you an application form. You can book on line in seconds.
When you book, you will need to provide us with the
following information:
- Date of arrival
- Number of nights
- Name
- Vehicle registration
- Vehicle model
- Purchase date
- Email address
Please bring with you your email confirmation, Privilege Card (please check that your card is in date) and log book. If the motorhome you arrive in was not supplied by Brownhills you will be asked to leave the site.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE OVERNIGHT FACILITY
We ask that you please conform to these simple conditions, for the benefit of all – especially other customers.
Be a friendly guest - if you are not happy then please don't stay here.
We take bookings only via our website. If you do not have web access, we only provide a postal service – telephone or email bookings cannot be accepted.
Bookings are only taken upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions. By requesting a booking you are deemed to have accepted them. However, please note we are closed on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day so no bookings can be taken for these days or indeed for the eve of these Bank Holidays.
All bookings are subject to a maximum 2 night stay except when encompassing a Bank Holiday when the maximum booking is three nights.
In order to achieve fairness and availability for other Brownhills customers, you may only stay to a maximum of 10 visits in a year.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect immediately when posted on the website. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions each time you request a booking and any such request shall signify you have accepted to be bound by the latest set of terms and conditions.
When you place a booking for the overnight facility, it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct information. You will be responsible for the booking regardless of any input errors.
By making a booking you warrant that you have the authority of all the persons in your party to book on their behalf and that they accept these terms and conditions.
Bookings are not transferable.
In addition to these terms and conditions there may be specific rules and regulations which apply to the site, these will, where applicable, be displayed in the reception area.
Swimming pool rules must be adhered too at all times, the rules will be on display in the pool area with a disclaimer to confirm you fully understand the potential dangers that swimming pools present and agree to abide by all of the swimming pool rules.
If you wish to cancel your booking you must notify us through the website as soon as possible. Wasted bookings lead to disappointment down the line. Amendments to your booking can be made at any time and are, of course, subject to availability. Wasted bay availability i.e. if you do not remove your on-line booking at least 24 hours before the day of arrival - will be charged at £20.00 per night
Please note that new arrivals should report to security. On day of arrival, after 13:00 hrs only and should leave before noon on the day of departure – this clearly is to ensure availability for successive customers of Brownhills. Failure to do so, should it cause inconvenience to a subsequent Brownhills customer, will result in a £20.00 charge.
Your booking will issue a bay identifier which you should please prominently display on your windscreen, to be visible at all times during your stay.
To avoid disturbance to other Club Brownhills’ members, we will not allow arrivals after 10.00pm. The customer car park does not have local authority permission for overnight stays and all vehicles, except towed apparatus inc towed vehicles, must be removed when the business closes and this includes all motorhomes.
There are no allocations for cars or trailers on the overnight facilities. All such apparatus should be left on the customer car park. Please off-load such units before approaching security. Due to limited space only 1 car can be brought on site for each motorhome booked on the overnight facility.
There is full disabled access throughout the site, with ramped kerbs and other adaptations permitting full wheelchair access. Trailers and cars irrespective of their use in carrying disabled equipment are not allowed on the overnight.
Please be aware that we can not handle bookings on arrival or on behalf of friends. Also – preference will be given to supportive customers who maintain their vehicles with Brownhills – other bookings are welcome but will be less of a priority.
The speed limit throughout the site is 5 mph and a one-way system operates counter-clockwise around the accessory shop.
Motorhomes must be in the allocated overnight bay at all times and not be parked on roads or pathways and must not cause an obstruction to other users on the site.
You may only use one hook up at a time, anybody caught using two hook ups will have to leave the site immediately.
The workshop and parts departments are strictly for staff only - to enter such areas would be a breach of site safety rules and would immediately result in expulsion from the site in all cases.
We do not allow the use of portable generators on the overnight facility.
Groups of more than four persons cannot be accepted unless you are a family group with children under the age of 16.
The person in charge of the booked party is deemed to be responsible for all children and young adults whilst at Brownhills. All children and young adults must be under parental supervision at all times and should refrain from using the site and the motorhome stock as a playground please.
Brownhills will not be liable for damage caused for any reason including adverse weather conditions.
Well trained dogs are welcome. Dog owners are responsible for their animals at all times. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and must never be left unattended or cause a nuisance to other motorhomers. Any droppings must be cleared up by the owner immediately and a fine will be imposed on owners who do not do so. Dogs are expressly not permitted in the Club lounge or in the showroom, unless certificated guide dogs.

To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all we expect Club Brownhills members to respect the property and other members, including avoiding excessive noise at all times and achieving quiet between the hours of 10pm and 7am.
Those who do not comply will be asked to leave the site.
Our members visit our site to enjoy the peace and tranquility. If anyone does not respect this we have the right to refuse admission or ask them to leave. The management reserves the right to remove from the overnight any person or persons who cause any damage or unreasonable disturbance to other persons or their property, or to persons employed by Brownhills. If you are asked to leave under these circumstances your Privilege Card and all the Privileges that go with this will be revoked.
We hope that you understand the need for these simple rules and that they are for the benefit for all who stay at the overnight facility. Sometimes rules are necessary but be assured that our intention is to create a welcome shelter of warmth, comfort and quality facilities for our customers who continue their support beyond the purchase of the vehicle.
