I had the good fortune to break down while visiting you site to buy bits and pieces at the shop and parts department. I actually wrote misfortune to start with but then realised how lucky we were. It could have happened in France or anywhere, with an 11 year old vehicle.

On reporting the problem to the office staff we were assisted by a whole team of people [including a team of pushers] who were all very helpful and did their bit to put things right. A tricky starting problem was eventually traced to a match between key and electronic unit and we were on our way.

Please convey my thanks to all who helped us in parts, shop and most of all in the service department for their friendly but courteous approach, their explanations, and the way they worked together to solve our problem.

Gary Mangan was excellent in handling the sale assisted by Richard Burton. Vicky Seth was efficient in setting up the collection. Terry was patient and knowledgeable in the Handover. Mel in the shop bent over backwards to assist our every requirement, no matter how small. Emily and Seth in Parts didn't give up until they had found/sourced every little part we required to purchase as an extra. The Service Department 's Steve was very helpful in organising the fitting of our TV etc. Added to that, we enjoyed a lovely complimentary meal in the Bistro in nice surroundings. We had previously bought a Hymer Bestline from Brownhills in 2010. We have noted a marked improvement in all departments since then, we believe under the direction of Steve Cullen, Brownhills is now an organisation committed and focused in delivering Quality Customer Care.
