Thank you to everyone who attended our Spring Spectacular weekend, the first for 2024. It was another memorable weekend for our Club Members, made even better with no rain!

Thank you to everyone who attended our Summer Spectacular. It was another memorable weekend for our Club Members, made even better as we were blessed with gorgeous weather!

Our Strictly Motorhoming Club Member event took place from Friday 31^st March – Sunday 2^nd April. This event proved extremely popular, with only of those lucky enough to book within the first 10 minutes of our event line going live being able to book on.

Our late summer weekend, which took place from 16^th – 18^th September. treated our Club Members to two nights of entertainment with performances from The UK Bee Gees, Bjorn Illusion, Comedian Steve Terry and West End Encore.

We extend our condolences as the nation mourns the loss of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Following the announcement that the Queen's State Funeral will be held on Monday 19th September, our site will be closed in its entirety on this date to allow our staff to pay their respects to an extraordinary lady who served our country with compassion, humility and respect throughout her 70 year reign.

The weather shone on our Summer Spectacular event where our club members were treated to performances by comedian Jim Davidson, The Rat Pack Show and Deja Vu. 

The weekend of 8th - 10th April saw Strictly return to the Brownhills showroom once more, this time with a new member of the professional dance team - Jowita and her partner Michael.

Please be aware that our Accessory Shop will be closed on Monday 29th November for stock take.

Following the government announcement on 14th June, we regret that our Summer Spectacular event in June is now cancelled.

Due to essential maintenance, we are sadly unable to re-open our Swimming Pool until Monday 7th June at the earliest. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause our Club Members.

We are delighted to inform our Club Members that we have decided to extend our Accessory Shop Discount until 31st March 2021. Club Members are entitled to a total discount of 20% when purchasing accessories and parts online. 

In accordance with the government’s latest announcement we hope to re-open all departments on 12^th April. Should this happen, all service bookings from this date onwards will go ahead as planned and anyone who has service work booked before then can contact us from 24^th February onwards in order to reschedule, otherwise we will contact you in due course. We continue to ask customers to empty their motorhomes of all but essential items in order to protect our workforce until advised otherwise.

Overnight stays will be permitted once we enter Government Step 2, hopefully from 12^th April onwards. However our Club Facilities including shower facilities, club lounge and swimming pool will remain closed until we enter Step 3 which will be from 17^th May at the earliest.

Our Café will reopen from 12^th April for take away and outdoor service only. Once we enter Step 3 we will be able to recommence an indoor sit-down food and drink service.

Upon re-opening, we will continue with our Covid-19 safety procedures such as temperature checking on entry to our Café, Accessory Shop and Showroom; the wearing of face masks in all indoor areas and we will continue to have regular sanitisation points throughout the site.

Until the 12 April, all departments remain open for enquiries and online sales and we will continue delivering sold new and used motorhomes to customer homes.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, we are sorry to announce that we are unable to take bookings for our Strictly Motorhoming Weekend in April. In the unlikely event that we are able to open our booking line at a later date, we will of course notify our Club Members.

Face coverings will be mandatory from Friday 24th July.  Face coverings must be worn when visiting the Brownhills site from this date onwards, in the Accessory Shop, Club Lounge, Showroom and when viewing motorhomes on our pitch areas.

Wearing face coverings in retail establishments will be law from Friday 24th July onwards and the government have announced fines of £100 for not doing so.

We are pleased to announce, that in line with the latest advise from the government, we will be reopening our swimming pool on Saturday 25^th July. 

In order to help adhere to social distancing, we will have hour time slots for using the pool.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, it is with regret that we have made the decision to postpone our 2021 Model Launch Weekend which was due to take place from 18th - 20th September.  

We are pleased to announce that our overnight area reopened on Saturday 4th July following the latest government guidance.  Whilst we are now open for overnight stays, our swimming pool, spa and sauna remain closed until such a time as we are allowed to reopen these facilities.

In line with Government guidelines our site is currently closed.  This applies to all areas of our business, including our overnight facility and online shopping.

Please do not book any overnight stays within the next 12 weeks at this time.

In the meantime, we would like to remind you of the latest situation regarding motorhome warranties.

Manufacturers have relaxed their usually strict scheduling periods to help those customers affected during this time.  Please note that your service work must be undertaken as soon as possible, following isolation and any other Government advice, in order for you to be entitled to the extension period.

If you are affected by the above, please email servicereception@brownhills.co.uk so that your details can be passed onto the relevant manufacturer, when we reopen, to ensure you are recorded on their database and will therefore not be penalised.
