As our site was already closed to the public after Nottinghamshire entered into Tier 4, this latest lockdown does not change anything with regards to our previous news item. All departments remain open to assist with any telephone or online enquiries. However, please note that we have limited staff currently working and as such our service and parts departments will only be open Monday - Friday during their usual business hours whilst we are in full lockdown.

We are re-opening our business on Monday 1st of June and we look forward to seeing you.
All departments - Sales, Service, Parts and the Accessory Shop - will be open, the Cafe with a limited menu and takeaway service only.
Unfortunately we are unable to open our Club Brownhills facilities including the overnight hook-ups and swimming pool until the government allows campsites to re-open as our facilities are regulated by the same rules.
There are many of you who are waiting to take delivery of your newly ordered motorhome. Our Preparation and Handover team are back at work and we are in the process of contacting everyone to re-schedule your handover for as soon as possible.
All service appointments already booked for 1st June onwards will go ahead and we are contacting you all to confirm that you are still able to attend as we know some of you aren’t currently able to. We will then contact everyone who missed an appointment during the lockdown and we will re-schedule your visit. The motorhome manufacturers we represent are all being understanding as regards delayed servicing and no one will invalidate their warranty as long as the servicing is re-booked. We do ask that in the interests of Covid-19 safety, all service customers please clear personal belongings from their motorhomes especially from cupboards.
We are taking the threat of Covid-19 very seriously and for the safety of our customers and staff we have taken measures including installing walk-up infra-red thermometers which take temperatures in a second at our showroom entrance, putting up Covid-19 plastic screen guards at all customer service points, introducing social distancing signs and re-arranging our premises to maintain distancing and installing hand sanitiser points. We would ask that all visitors please support our staff in making our premises as safe an environment as possible.
We currently have staff working in Sales, Service, Parts and the Accessory Shop who can be contacted now if you have any queries.

In line with Government and local authority instructions our site is currently closed to customers as we are deemed to be a non-essential retailer and travelling to our business is considered non-essential travel. Accordingly, all departments are closed and we are unable to undertake servicing, supply parts or accessories, or carry out handovers or delivery of sold motorhomes. Our leisure and overnight facilities are also closed.
The government has advised that non-essential retail businesses might be allowed to open from 1 June and we shall provide an update as soon as we hear whether we are able to re-open then.
We are able to deal with general enquiries during this period by using our Contact Us form and we can deal with motorhome sales enquiries made through Contact Us or the links alongside any motorhome you wish to enquire about.
Service bookings during the lockdown period are cancelled but as soon as we re-open we will contact customers to re-schedule. Our manufacturer partners have relaxed their usually strict deadlines to maintain motorhome warranties and have asked that servicing is undertaken a reasonable time after we re-open and any periods of customer self-isolation are completed.
Our Summer Spectacular event scheduled for 12-14 June has been postponed as such mass gatherings are understandably not currently allowed due to the corona virus situation. We will update details on our Club Events page here.
We look forward to seeing you when we re-open our business, until then please take care of yourselves.

In the light of COVID-19, manufacturers understand that due to self-isolation there may be a need for motorhome owners to delay any scheduled servicing which may in turn lead to the servicing being undertaken outside of the stipulated warranty periods.
Manufacturers are relaxing their usual strict scheduling periods to help those customers affected during this time. Please note that your service work must be undertaken as soon as possible, following isolation and any other Government advice, in order for you to be entitled to the extension period.
Manufacturers are asking that you continue with any pre booked servicing / warranty work where possible and do not unnecessarily delay this work. If you are unable to attend your scheduled servicing / warranty booking they have asked that you notify us to ensure you are recorded on their database and will therefore not be penalised for late servicing. You must, however, rebook as soon as possible once this situation is resolved.
