The weekend of 8th - 10th April saw Strictly return to the Brownhills showroom once more, this time with a new member of the professional dance team - Jowita and her partner Michael.
Club Members who had booked for our Strictly Motorhoming weekend event started to arrive on site and at the overflow camping site - Smeaton's Lakes - from Thursday 7th April. With the event starting on Friday, complimentary minibuses were booked to transport customers between our main site, Smeaton's Lakes campsite and Newark town centre. From Newark Town Centre, people were able to cross the bridge over the River Trent to visit Nottingham or the historic and lovely city of Lincoln.

Our Parts Department will be undertaking their annual stock take from Monday 6th - Friday 10th December. During this time the department will be operating on reduced staffing levels so please bear with us.
Any parts ordered online from 6th - 10th December will be despatched on Monday 13th December.

We are delighted to finally be opening our doors again on Monday 12th April!
We are busy preparing our site ahead of Monday and will of course have all our usual safety measures in place, including sanitisation points throughout the site, social distancing notices, PVC screens in all customer service areas and the mandatory use of face masks.
We can't wait to welcome customers back onto our site and look forward to seeing you next week.

In accordance with the government’s latest announcement we hope to re-open all departments on 12th April. Should this happen, all service bookings from this date onwards will go ahead as planned and anyone who has service work booked before then can contact our Service Department by telephoning 01636 704201 to reschedule. We continue to ask customers to empty their motorhomes of all but essential items in order to protect our workforce until advised otherwise.
Overnight stays will be permitted once we enter Government Step 2, hopefully from 12th April onwards. However our Club Facilities including shower facilities, club lounge and swimming pool will remain closed until we enter Step 3 which will be from 17th May at the earliest.
Our Café will reopen from 12th April for take away and outdoor service only. Once we enter Step 3 we will be able to recommence an indoor sit-down food and drink service.
Upon re-opening, we will continue with our Covid-19 safety procedures such as temperature checking on entry to our Café, Accessory Shop and Showroom; the wearing of face masks in all indoor areas and we will continue to have regular sanitisation points throughout the site.
Until the 12 April, all departments remain open for enquiries and online sales and we will continue delivering sold new and used motorhomes to customer homes.

As our site was already closed to the public after Nottinghamshire entered into Tier 4, this latest lockdown does not change anything with regards to our previous news item. All departments remain open to assist with any telephone or online enquiries. However, please note that we have limited staff currently working and as such our service and parts departments will only be open Monday - Friday during their usual business hours whilst we are in full lockdown.

Following the latest government announcement which places Nottinghamshire into Tier 4, as a non-essential retail business we are sorry to say that our gates are once again closed to customers until the restrictions are lifted. Please note however that all departments will remain open behind the gates where our staff will be on hand from 2nd January to assist with any online and telephone enquiries.
Accessories and Parts
We remain open as usual for all online orders via our motorhomeshop website where our valued Club Members can benefit from a 20% discount from now until 28th February 2021. You can also place orders over the telephone!
Please note that for now our parts department will only be open from Monday - Friday. Our accessory shop is open 7 days a week still.
Sales Collections
If you are due to collect your motorhome during the period of this latest lockdown, our Pre-Delivery team will be in contact with you regarding your handover from January 4th.
Service Department
If you are booked into our workshop during the period of this latest lockdown, our service team will be in contact with you to arrange re-booking your motorhome for a later date.
Please note that for now, our service department will only be open from Monday - Friday.
Motorhome Sales
We will continue to offer customers personalised videos of the motorhomes that we have in stock plus we will be regularly updating our website as new models arrive. If you require more information on any of our motorhomes, our sales team will be here to assist you.
We remain committed to offering a safe working environment for our staff during this time and once we re-open our gates, we will continue to operate a safe environment for our customers too via social distancing, temperature check points, the wearing of face masks, motorhome sanitisation and hand sanitisation throughout the site.
We will update our news page advising the date our premises will re-open to the public as soon as the government allows us to.
