Mr & Mrs Rowell purchased their Lunar Champ H601 from Brownhills in October 2013, this motorhome was destined for a much longer journey than most and has ended up the other side of the world in the beautiful country of New Zealand where rivers, lakes and mountains are never far away.
Since picking up their motorhome 6 months ago, Mr and Mrs Rowell have spent almost a month of this time sleeping in their motorhome and these overnight stays were through the colder winter and spring months. They are hoping with the onset of summer not far away to be able to get away for extended trips in the very near future.
This motorhome is much admired with other RV owners always keen to have a look inside.
There are so many amazing freedom camping spots to stop in overnight, here's a picture of just one of them located on the west coast some 50kms north of Wellington at the Waikanae river mouth showing Kapiti Island in the background.
