Sales Executive

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate must be able to maximise on all sales opportunities, develop a strong working knowledge of Brownhills and the market in which we operate. You will achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets and objectives, represent the company at trade shows, manage your pipeline of opportunities from enquiry through to closure, work closely with all departments within the business, produce accurate sales forecasts when required, build strong client relationships and keep the company CRM updated to reflect all sales activity. 

Skills Required

Ideally you will have a background in car, motorhome or caravan sales. You must have excellent sales and customer service skills, an understanding of sales, be confident and motivated, be hungry for success - always looking to improve, be self-sufficient needing little supervision, have strong IT knowledge, experience of using CRM systems and sales pipeline tools and a full Driving Licence.  

Hours of Work

Your normal hours of work are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday per week, with one day per week until 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm in accordance with the rota, typically working 3 weekends out of every 4 and you will work the twice yearly motorhome events at the NEC.

Drivers Full Time and Casual

Brownhills Motorhomes are currently seeking Drivers; this is an exciting opportunity to join our busy team.

We are the UK's largest Motorhome dealer and one stop destination for all Motorhome requirements. We sell new and used motorhomes, parts and accessories, undertake motorhome services/repairs and have an onsite cafe and leisure facilities.

Main Responsibilities

You must be versatile enough to do any and all of the following tasks on request as circumstances dictate, including:

  • Parking motorhomes on site wherever they need to be moved to including workshop bays
  • Take motorhomes to MOT station and refuelling when necessary
  • Moving vehicles into and out of the showroom and on/off the display areas
  • Drive long distances to deliver/collect customer or bought for cash motorhomes
  • Appraisal of motorhomes when collecting from customers (training provided)

Skills Required

The successful candidate must be confident, punctual and with the ability to prioritise your work. You must be able to follow specific instructions.  You must demonstrate your ability to be flexible and willing to take on given tasks for the needs of the business.

Full clean driving licence required to drive motorhomes to 7500kgs

Hours of Work

Full time drivers; Normally Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with flexibility to work extended days when collecting vehicles from longer distances.

Casual Drivers would be expected to work 2/3 days per week, some jobs could be a couple of hours and some could be travelling to Cornwall or Scotland which may need an overnight stop.  Full training will be given and you would go with an experienced driver each time until you understand the process/routine.

Salary

£9.20 per hour

Valet Team Member

Valet Team Member

Main Responsibilities

Working as part of a close knit team we are looking for a new member to help ensure all of our vehicles are cleaned inside and out to the highest standards.  This will involve washing and polishing motorhomes. Driving motorhomes in and out of the valet area. You will also be expected to carry out additional duties which are related to services provided by Brownhills Motorhomes, particularly during busy periods.

Requirements

The ideal person must be able to ensure each motorhome is cleaned to extremely high standards internally and externally with excellent attention to detail.  You will be pro-active and be able to work at a fast pace, working on your own initiative and as part of a bigger team. You must have a positive attitude to your work and possess a friendly persona. As you will be required to drive motorhomes you must have a full clean driving licence; ideally up to 7500kgs

Hours of Work

Tuesday to Saturday 08.30 am to 5.00 pm, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break to be taken each day.
