Following the government announcement on 14th June, it is with regret that we have cancelled our Summer Spectacular event in July.
This event had been postponed from the original dates in June in the hope that full restrictions would be lifted by the middle of July, which unfortunately has not turned out to be the case.
The restrictions that remain in place would mean that we would have to drastically reduce the number of attendees, the music would have to be at an ambient level, dancing/singing would not be permitted, members would only be able to sit with one other household and would not be able to freely walk to talk to other members whilst inside, tables would need to be pre allocated, table service would be mandatory for all food and drinks (which would require a much higher level of staffing than we would have available). These restrictions simply make the event unfeasible.
Our intention will be to have the same acts performing in June 2022.
We are still hopeful of being able to bring our members the third and final weekend event of this year, our 2022 Model Launch weekend, which is being held from 17th – 19th September. The booking line for this event will open on Monday 26th July at 9am.
