From first visit to look at Motorhomes right up until collection of our chosen model Brownhills staff were first rate. Every query and request for accessories was met with helpful responses and all extras were fitted in time to meet the delivery date apart from one item that needed fitting by outside agents. Handover was also conducted professionally and efficiently and the whole buying and part exchange experience was completely painless.

From phoning Brownhills and chatting to Joe Brent about what we were looking for and feeling comfortable and confident that he could help us to going to the Auto Trail Show and getting what we wanted to picking it up in about a month. Purchased a new Schaudt controller from parts. Antony Cotton was so helpful. He made sure our purchase was the correct part with Adria whilst we waited. Friendly, calm sales personnel. We were made to feel welcome, and given advice to take our time, questions were answered professionally by Jonathan. We were encouraged to go away and come back after thinking about our requirements. Communication was good and follow up was made regarding my purchase. The Technical run through of the vehicle by Rick, was informative, and operation of all systems inside the camper was very clear and easy to understand.

Excellent experience purchasing our Motorhome from Brownhills - right from our first visit to them at the NEC Motorhome show their sales team were spot on, introducing themselves and offering to help us with just the right amount of sales technique, leaving us to keep looking. We felt so comfortable with the salesman Shaun Holmes, we chose to buy from them at the show! He helped us understand all the options and ranges of motorhomes, and helped us choose ours which is perfect for us. The quality and specification of our Elddis Evolution is superb. Throughout the whole process of purchasing the brand new motorhome he has been fantastic, always keeping us informed the whole way through, helping us with anything we asked. I came in to buy my first camper not knowing to much I spoke to Shaun holmes in sales he was very knowledgeable and friendly we had a chat and I chose the van and Shaun went through everything I needed to know the van I wanted was being made and told me it would be in around beginning of April he kept me informed on how things were progressing and it arrived early I’ve had my first break away in it was fantastic Shaun holmes is a fantastic member of staff wish there was more people like him a real credit to your company a big thank to you Shaun

I have just had my brand new motorhome for a bit under 2 weeks at this stage so it's early days. So, my review will deal with the sales and handover process which is what I have experienced so far. Overall, I've been very pleased! The sales process was handled by Jonathan who guided us through the vehicle and process without pushy selling and with everything based simply on facts and information. We found this really useful because other dealers we have visited were more interested in getting a deposit early before we had time to take in what we had seen and heard. The presentation of the vehicle, explanation of warranties etc was great and we were happy with it. Once we took delivery of the motorhome, we completed the handover with Rick. Rick knows everything about our motorhome! Rick explained absolutely everything to me which I understood clearly (but did not necessarily remember initially!). However, having seen questions others have asked about our model and so on and when I had to do things myself I found that Rick had already explained it to me and I was able to get familiar with things more quickly. The motorhome has been great so far and I really hope I will be still saying the same things a year or two down the road.

Parts department

A Warranty job. We got a water leak whilst we were in Spain so I contacted Customer Services Alison Smith who actually started the ball rolling she couldn't do enough so she got Paul Manchester the Garage Manager involved he emailed me to tell me what to do keep the water out whilst still in Spain. On our return Paul got our vehicle into the garage and sealed the TV Ariel up until the job could be done whilst there Paul made a note of spare parts needed to do the leak. This actually took eight months to get the job done none of it Brownhills fault In that eight months there were many emails between myself and Rosie Lacey she even had fingers crossed when the final part arrived. THANKYOU BROWNHILLS STAFF YOU WERE BRILLIANT. The service reception staff are great as well bright and cheerful always got time for you or me anyway!. So come on Brownhills acknowledge them please.

We had previously bought a motorhome from Brownhills in 2020 so when we decided to change last week we didn’t hesitate to return to view their stock. We were so pleased to see a motorhome of the type we had identified before viewing. As we are cautious people we returned home to give ourselves time to think. The next day we returned and were delighted to see Jonathan Cauldwell who had dealt with us all those years ago. We secured our deal and met Alex in the office who was also very courteous. Having agreed to buy with part exchange we returned home. Our handover was the following week and we were met by Jonathan, excellent as always. Clive, the technical advisor showed us around our new motorhome explaining all to us. He was absolutely excellent and anything we didn’t understand he revisited. Lee then finished our paperwork with us and we then had lunch in the cafe courtesy of Brownhills followed by browsing and purchasing our needs for our new motorhome. Many thanks indeed to every one of the staff. We will, as before recommend Brownhills to our motorhome friends.

Recently took ownership of my motorhome purchased through Brownhills. First came into Contact at the NEC Caravan, Camping & Motorhome show, where I dealt with Jonathan. He took me through the sale, and provided excellent support. Come Handover day, Jonathan looked after us and passed us to Rick from the prep team, who looked after us fantastically well, giving us a comprehensive handover briefing, and recommending we stay overnight to get comfortable with the new rig. As it happened we needed two nights to get everything sorted out, and everyone at Brownhills were extremely friendly, helpful and supportive. I cannot recommended the personnel at Brownhills highly enough for making our first motorhome experience a great one. Thanks again to Jonathan, Rick, and thevrest of the team there.

Bought a nearly new Swift Carrera 144 from Brownhills last November. It’s my first experience of owning a campervan and I soon came to realise that there will be issues with whichever van you opt for. There are so many devices and appliances that can malfunction and therefore you need a dealer that is responsive to these problems. Brownhills is exceptional at that. Alison in the service department has been incredible at resolving these issues and makes you feel like a VIP in all her interactions. I can honestly say that she goes above and beyond to achieve excellent customer satisfaction. I’ve read one or two 1 star reviews on here and I can tell you they are light years away from my experience.

Purchased a Swift Escape 694 from…

Just bought our first motorhome from Brownhills. What a great experience. Huge thanks goes to Joe who was both friendly and professional steering us through the process every step of the way. Handover was fantastic with the opportunity to stay overnight to ensure all went smoothly. We cannot thank you enough. We look forward to many happy years touring in our new van. Ordered 2 parts recently for an Adria Sonic Supreme. Anthony solved my first problem last November and when I called the parts department yesterday for an urgent problem with a water pump I got through to Stephen…… I felt a little uneasy at first but my doubts were quickly put to bed as Stephen quickly proved to be as patient, knowledgable professional & helpful as Anthony had been a couple of months before. To cut a long story short, Stephen identified a suitable parts solution and I received the item I needed at 09:45 this morning which was around 19 hours after I placed the order. Thanks to both Stephen and Anthony who both exceeded my customer expectations. They are a credit to Brownhills and hopefully the company recognises this.
