Customer service was outstanding from Mike Warrington, sales exec, was along with his knowledge and he genuinely wanted to do his best to assist and be helpful. On day of picking up vehicle we had Mike on hand again and also Jamie from the demonstration team to explain/show us how vehicle worked, he was very diligent and had an excellent way of pitching it to our ability (for many years we’ve taken our old Mazda Bongo wild camping and we still use our tent). Stayed overnight at your facilities on first night and met Steve from the handover team who enquired how our night had been and gave us helpful tips and again we could not have had a more helpful knowledgeable team. Having contacted other motorhome providers, either by phone or indeed face to face, your service and interest in wishing to make it the best experience for us and help us also make our vehicle properly set up for the continent. Finally all reception staff were most helpful as was the security guard when my husband thought he’d lost his wallet when viewing vehicle! June 2022

Jamie Sheldon visited us the following morning after our stay over at your site and was very helpful with helping us set up the TV we had purchased from your shop, checking any snags we thought we had, replacing some faulty vent panels around the sky lights. We never felt pressured for time with any of your staff, everyone we have come into contact with from the receptionist to the shop assistance and cafe staff have all be friendly, professional and helpful. You have an excellent team, and I mean that most sincerely, from the security guards, to a blinding reception team, sales team, finance team, bistro staff, shop staff, Prep team, Handover team, and even the guy who takes samples from the pool. If I had any criticisms at all it would be the Jacuzzi and pool, much to cold to enjoy, I have a bad back, and getting in the Jacuzzi was seriously painful, simply because I could not relax my body at that low temperature to just get in, I needed a good 15mins to adjust Outstanding service from Amyjo, lea H, Steve Smith, Paul Jackson? Craig & Alex, all the girls on the desk, Sam in Prep, Mel in the shop. The Sofas and Chairs by the Vending machine, umm a bit hard for me! May 2022
