Overall I have been blown away with the service from Brownhills. We first met Nick back in November 2018 when we started looking for a Motorhome, he wasn't pushy and said that he wouldn't ring us but would leave it up to us to contact him. It may have taken us almost 8 months to come back but he remembered us and has been excellent in helping us with the choice, explaining the deal, taking me for a test drive and answering all my little questions, like how long are the sofas!! I was very impressed with the preparation team, they kept me up to date each week with where my motorhome was at. A thank you to Mick who dealt with my 2nd viewing and questions on a very hot day, again he wasn't pushy and showed me around all the club facilities before completing my deposit payment.
