Our motorhome was delayed in the process of coming from manufacturer to yourselves. This situation was complicated by the fact that the delay happened at the same time as the NEC show week with key personnel not as readily available. However, I was kept well informedby Lee from the handover team and Jon from sales. Although it seemed unlikely that the van would be ready by the end of February, Jon and Lee and all the people involved in getting the van ready performed a minor miracle and got the van ready for handover on the 28th of February, giving us just enough time to get it ready for our foreign holidays.  I have to compliment everybody (receptionists, technicians, sales staff, handover team, security officers and bistro staff) for their friendly and helpful support during the handover process. This is the 5th motorhome we have bought from Brownhills and the service we have received over the years has greatly improved. This time it has been 10/10, on our way home the wheel trim that had been replaced, fell off. We reported this to Sarah, and with 48 hours we had an email from Lesley saying it was on its way - it was delivered to our doorstep the next day! It was the first time we had met Sarah, who immediately made us feel at ease with her warm personality. The handover was excellent, what the chap didn't know wasn't worth knowing, and he came back the morning after to check everything was ok and answered all our questions. December 2018

I have to formerly state what an unbelievable experience I have had with Brownhills.

We rented a motorhome and we broke a bed slat while we were away in Scotland. So I called your parts department to see if you had stock so I could pick it up on the way back to returning the Motorhome. Here is what happened...

I called Russ in parts, who didn’t have a new one in stock, but went to the trouble of calling me back, with a used one that just needed cutting down. He was first class, and part of the reason I am about to be a customer of yours.

While collecting the bed slat, we started looking around, and were greeted by Mark Foster. He spent hours with us over the next two weeks patiently guiding us through the buying process. We eventually settled and a 2016 Autotrail. He was very attentive without being a pushy closer, perfect balance.

Being self-employed and semi-retired, this was always going to be a challenge. Geoff Tucker worked hard to get us approved with paragon Finance. Again very attentive.

I have been contacted by Vicky several times to update me on the progress.

Not once did I ever have to pick the phone up and chase for an answer on anything.

In summary, I have been completely blown away by the professionalism of Brownhills from every angle and touch point. Business is about people before profit, and these guys are a credit to your organisation. June 2018

We received outstanding service throughout. Gary Mangan the sales manager who we dealt with was one of the nicest and most professional people we have ever dealt with, excellent in every respect. Our handover person Ricky was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. Vicky in the prep team worked very hard to ensure everything was done efficiently and always returned our calls. All workshop person went above and beyond do do something for us on handover day. (Gary /Parts lady know who he is). The Parts lady was also very helpful. Finally I spoke to Sean in technical today and he was excellent, couldn't have been more helpful. All above (and those behind the scene preparing the vehicle) are a credit to Brownhills.
