The peace of mind with the offer of a 3 year warranty, and other benefits was important to us and although we probably could have purchased slightly cheaper from an alternative dealer the professionalism and customer service, plus the additional benefits of Brownhills and their team, is well worth any variance in price. We stayed overnight when picking up vehicle at 17.30 the gas regulator packed up, workshop came out and took Motorhome straight to repair bay, two members of your staff stayed late to replace and check that everything worked after replacement, outstanding customer service. November 2023

We met Mike Warrington at the time of sign up for purchase at the NEC Feb 2022. We were very happy albeit a protracted wait (outside of your control) with Mikes communication throughout the process. It was comforting to have the continuity with Mike. The handover process was with Lee, he gave us plenty of time to go through everything...both very nice chaps. Sam in the prep team also provided a very satisfactory handover experience. We felt it was all very well organised and professional and we are very happy now that we have our new van. November 2023

We were most impressed with the whole experience from the very beginning. All of the team have been wonderful. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. We were really impressed with the handover -very professionally done. Were’t able to stay over on the day of handover due to our circumstances but we didn’t feel rushed- it was really well done. It was nice to be able to visit the cafe and shop too. It was really good to have a call from from Jonathan and Steve in handovers to see how things were. We didn’t get that from our previous motorhome supplier. That's a real positive to us as it really makes you feel that there is someone there if we have any issues with the motorhome. Very reassuring. We are also very pleased with our motorhome. We were made very welcome at the motorhome show in Birmingham by Jonathan and the team. We had already made our purchase but we were well looked after and encouraged to revisit in the future.
