Great Service!
We purchased a new Adria Compact DL from Brownhills mid October part exchanging our Adria Twin. The whole experience from viewing, order to handover was relaxed and at no time did we feel pressurised into the purchase. Jonathon (sales exec) was very helpful and kept us fully informed throughout the process. Handover went extremely smoothly, although there was a software issue with the Adaptive Cruise Control which resulted in a further visit to resolve. All companies have "issues" but the measure of a company is how they deal with those issues. All I can say is Alex in Post Handover kept us fully updated until the problem was solved. Never felt as if I had to chase to find out what was happening. All good, and more than happy to recommend Brownhills.

What a breath of fresh air...
What a breath of fresh air.... This is your one stop shop to purchase a motorhome when you're new to this activity like we were. We called in to Brownhills Motorhomes about 3 months ago and we were met by Mat, who listened to our list of wishes and offered great advice on what would best suit our long list of needs. We quickly realised that this was a big purchase which needed more investigation and time to see what options were available. We went to NEC and met Mat again on the Brownhills Stand, once again he offered advise and spent time with us, however still no further forward. We then found ourselves drawn back to Brownhills Motorhomes, mainly because of their vast stock and friendly / helpful, but never 'pushy' approach. We were then helped by Shaun, who was again patient and professional in helping us make the final decision. Move on a further 3 weeks and we collected our new Adria Campervan at the weekend and again Shaun was fantastic, along with Steve Smith who did a brilliantly informative handover. I cannot recommend Brownhills Motorhomes and their dedicated staff highly enough, who made the entire process of buying our first 'home' on wheels a total pleasure.

First time campervan - delighted we went to Brownhills
Buying our first camper-van was a big moment for us, especially as I was using money left to me by my mum, so choosing the right company really mattered. From the moment we first contacted Brownhills, we felt completely at ease. There was no pressure at any point, just genuine care and patience while we took the time we needed to look at the van we were interested in. Jonathan looked after us throughout the process and his approach made everything feel safe and straightforward. The customer service truly feels like the kind you don’t often see any more — thoughtful, steady and clearly focused on long-term trust rather than quick sales. It starts from reception with two lovely ladies greeting you as you arrive, to each staff member who are so friendly and welcoming. We had arranged on the day of collection, a handover with Clive who was exceptional. He came across like a kind, knowledgeable mentor, making sure we felt confident before setting off. We stayed overnight on site, a service they offer free of charge, and even then, both Clive and Jonathan were readily available if we needed help. We did end up needing to call on them a couple of times, and nothing was ever too much trouble. After we drove away, the support hasn’t stopped. We’ve made a few follow-up calls and each time they’ve been immediately helpful and reassuring. The whole experience has been superb, and I honestly couldn’t recommend Brownhills, Jonathan and Clive highly enough. Thank you. Cannot wait for our adventures to begin

Large company with a small family business feel to it !
Although Brownhills are a large company they seem to manage to retain a small family business level of attention! Everyone we came into contact with, were very friendly and helpful, I was pleasantly surprised with deal I was offered in part exchange , that actually exceeded what I was expecting! When it comes to warranty this is normally what let’s companies down , but there again I emailed about a blind I was not happy with , and got an immediate reply “ No problem one has been ordered “ I would definitely recommend anyone to give Brownhills a look before buying elsewhere!

The overall service was fantastic from making the initial enquiry to picking up our CV40. Joe Brent was our salesman. He was the best honest, understanding and above all enthusiastic not just about their vans but about us and how we are going to use our new camper! The time spent being shown how things work inside is so worthwhile and nothing is too much trouble the poor guy cliff who showed us round ours we asked so many questions he just showed us and then showed us again. It’s definitely worth staying there for the night with your new van so you get the first night out the way with how things work and if any issues come up they are swiftly dealt with the next morning. We can’t recommend enough. Even after sales communication is fantastic.

Purchase of new Motorhome
We made initial enquiries at the NEC caravan and Motorhome show where our sales executive Jonathan was very professional, helpful and friendly. He came up with a great deal for us with the part exchange of our Motorhome. We made the decision there and then to proceed with the purchase. A handover date was set and we were kept fully informed in respect of the preparation of our new van. On handover day, we were greeted by the friendly reception staff and asked to wait in the waiting area. Jonathan came over within a couple of minutes and explained the process. We went for a coffee and breakfast in their lovely cafe whilst our appraisal on our existing van took place. Once back in showroom we were introduced to Terry who undertook our handover for the new van. Terry was very informative, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant throughout. We then stayed the night in their facility and Steve came round the next morning to check if we had any queries. All staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and we would not hesitate to recommend Brownhills.

Also just to say that the main reason I approached Brownhills for a quote at the NEC was because some other friends of mine from Chippenham (Pete & Sharon Wright) spoke very highly of the service they have received from your company over the years they have been motorhoming.

Easy no pressure purchase of Elddis…
Easy no pressure purchase of Elddis camper van. Nice sales team good px given. One issue on pick up (pop top lock on one side broken), which could not be fixed there and then so booked in for fix the week after. A few issues about booking which required an escalation, however this was then promptly resolved (van picked up and dropped off with full tank of fuel. Although early days, I would recommend Brownhills and also recommend an Elddis camper van which looks like it is good quality fit out and drives very well (Autoquest cv80)

One of the Benefits of buying from…
One of the Benefits of buying from Brownhills is the Brownhills Club. We booked in to stay prior to our annual habitation check. On arrival I suffered severe chest pain and was taken by ambulance to hospital where I stayed for the next six days. During this time I was reassured that my wife was safe and secure staying on the Brownhills club site. They really go the extra mile when it comes to customer satisfaction.

Excellent Brownhills experience
We decided to change back to a motorhome from our touring caravan and submitted an online query to Brownhills on a A class Motorhome we had seen during the evening as we had purchased our first proper motorhome from them in the early 2000’s. Jonathan Caudwell came back to us first thing the next morning with a video of the motorhome we were interested in, an email with all the spec and relevant details quickly followed and then a phone call which far exceeded any other contact we had when making similar enquiries with other dealers. Jonathan was extremely polite, professional and clearly knowledgable about the motorhome we were enquiring about. Emails were exchanged throughout the day and by teatime we had negotiated a price we were happy with, including an exchange of our caravan in the final price. There was no sales pressures and we were left with an offer to come and see the motorhome if we were happy before making a final decision, with which the finer details were also formalised in an email so we knew everything to be expected if we were to proceed. Jonathan had even sent us some photos of some little snags which he had found and assured us would be sorted if we went ahead thus nothing was hidden or left for us to find unexpectedly. We attended the next day and Jonathan had arranged a point of contact for us if we decided to view in person as he was day off. We looked around the vehicle by ourselves and then met Nikki Sykes who arranged for the motorhome to be taken into the showroom by another knowledgable male who’s name escapes me but who spent a considerable amount of time and patience with us showing us how everything worked like the self levelling, air con and WiFi to name a few things. We were happy with everything and paid a deposit and then agreed a collection date convenient with us. I was kept fully up to date over the next 2 weeks leading up to my collection date including details about the mot and habitation checks etc. On collection day we were again showed how everything works and special mention needs to go to Terry who explained everything in great detail and was again friendly polite and extremely knowledgable. He went over things several times until both my wife and I were happy. Final details were smoothed out by Jonathan who quickly had the motorhome in for a new WiFi system to be fitted as we found the router was missing when we were looking around, which again was resolved with no quibble or issue. We thankfully had taken Jonathan’s advice to stay over on collection day so filled our day enjoying the facilities including swimming pool and sauna but again was kept updated by Jonathan as the WiFi issue was resolved through the workshop. All in all an excellent seamless experience from initially making an enquiry right up to us collecting and settling down for the night in our new to us Roller Team Pegaso where all the Brownhills staff we encountered from sales, service, reception staff, cafe, part shop and security were excellent. Now on to enjoying numerous years of worry free motorhome travelling as we have a 3yr mechanical and habitation warranty with the cam belt and water pump also changed prior to collection and 3 yrs worth of uk and European breakdown, thanks Jonathan and all at Brownhills, Jason and Joanne.

From bad to good…
On our second visit to Brownhills to see a particular model motorhome, we experienced very poor customer service and ended up walking away very dissatisfied. Normally not one to write in to complain, I felt strongly enough about it to email the Sales Manager. Jon was brilliant with his response to us and asked for the chance to remedy what went wrong. He put us in touch with Joe Brent and we arranged a 3rd visit. This was a very different experience, so much so we ended up buying a brand new motorhome and collected it a couple of weeks later. Joe was down to earth and there was no pressured sales pitch. Great person to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to any potential buyers. Thanks Joe
